Hey friends! I know that you are feeling sad now that our favorite show South of Nowhere has been cancelled. But here is some news about one of the stars of the show that might cheer you up. I just came across the first trailers of the horror movie Chain Letter which stars our very own Matthew Cohen besides others like Cody Kasch, Michael Bailey Smith, Michael J. Paganin and Nikki Reed. The movie which comes from the makers of the movie ‘Saw’ is all set to release anytime in the coming year. It is about a bunch of teenagers whose lives are at stake after they ignore a chain mail which breaks the chain initiated by the chain-wielding killer Chain Man. The group is faced with a time limit to find who is behind the chain letters before they all end up being dead. Well, sounds quite thrilling, doesn’t it? I am really excited about the movie, especially since it will give me a chance to watch my hero from South of Nowhere, Matthew Cohen in action once more. I relly loved his performance on the show and he has earned a place in my list of favorite actors for a lifetime.

I really miss ‘South of Nowhere’, which ended on the 12th of December. It has left a void which is difficult to fill as you rarely find good shows which honestly deal with the issue of lesbianism in such a sensitive manner. There have been speculations about whether the show would have been able to maintain its high standards, had it been allowed to continue. However I personally feel the show had a strong storyline and given a chance would have achieved even greater heights. It is really sad that a good show had to be so short lived. Anyways I still believe that this is not the end of the road for our favorite Spashley and soon they will reemerge somewhere though it is difficult to say when and where. So till that time I will keep on watching my favorite show on this website and I suggest you do the same so that the pain of losing Spashley gets a bit less for you too!
